Official "Refer a Friend" Contest Rules

How to Enter

1) Refer a friend to participate in one of our studies. If they meet the criteria for a study and show up for their screening visit, both you and the person referred will be entered for a monthly drawing. Make sure the person you refer fills out an entry form during their visit and gives the entry to their coordinator. Employees of Clinical Research Center of Nevada, their immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.

2) Drawings will be made on the last business day of each month and winners will be notified by phone and their names posted on the first business day of the following month on our website at www.crcnnv.com and in each of our offices. The winner drawn and the person that referred them will each receive a $100.00 gift certificate. This prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Winners must provide a valid photo id and pick up their prize at 1012 East Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89104 within 30 days of notification.

3) Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available

4) By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which Clinical Research Center of Nevada may deem appropriate.

5) This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

6) Clinical Research Center of Nevada reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
