Steven Folkerth M.D.
Medical Director
Primary Investigator - Internal Medicine

Dr. Folkerth graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1975 and has been practicing medicine as a board certified physician in Ohio and Nevada ever since. Dr. Folkerth joined Clinical Research Center of Nevada in 1996 as a Principal Investigator and quickly rose to his current position as Medical Director. Dr. Folkerth's clinical trial experience covers a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas.

Timothy Sauter M.D.
Primary Investigator - Women's Medicine

Dr. Sauter received his Medical degree from the University of Nevada - Reno in 1994. After building a very successful Ob-gyn practice, Dr. Sauter joined Clinical Research Center of Nevada in 2002 where he has been the Principal Investigator for a growing number of women's studies.

Michael Levin M.D.
Primary Investigator - Pediatrics

A 1988 graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine and currently a core member of Henderson Pediatrics, Dr. Levin has been a key resource for Clinical Research Center of Nevada since 2002. His careful review and understanding of study protocols and personal knowledge of his patient population have allowed him to consistently meet or exceed his trial enrollment goals and sponsor expectations.

Ernest Sussman M.D. - Urology

Twenty seven years after graduating from the University of Miami School of Medicine, Dr Sussman joined our distinguished team of Principal Investigators. While Dr. Sussman treats patients with a wide spectrum of urological disorders, his largest patient populations are for hypogonadism, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and urinary incontinence.

Jonathan Siems M.D. - Ophthalmology

As his credentials show, Dr. Siems has been a pioneer in refractive surgery serving as Principal Investigator for several FDA trials and being one of the first surgeons in the United States to investigate the surgical correction of presbyopia. He was one of the first five doctors in the United States to use the Intra Lase on site. Dr. Siems in addition to being one of the most experienced refractive surgeons in the United States also has recently opened what some in the field have called the most advanced LASIK and refractive surgery center in the U.S. CRCN is proud to have been associated with Dr. Siems, staff and patients since 2006.

Howard Hack M.D. - Gastroenterology

A recent addition to the Investigator Team, Dr. Hack has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years and participated as an investigator prior to beginning his relationship with CRCN. His newly opened practice in Northwest Las Vegas is rapidly expanding through referrals. His patient population currently includes subjects with IBS, Ulcerative Colitis and Crones. His site is currently recruiting subjects for a complex Phase III trial.

Kahmien LaRusch M.D. - Psychiatry

A graduate of the University of California Medical School, Dr. LaRusch has been working in mental health since 1990. His training and experiences are extensive and have taken him to ten colleges and universities in six states. Dr. LaRusch has prior clinical trial experience and is currently enrolling patients in his first clinical trial with CRCN.

Roshan Raja, DO - Pediatric Neurology

A 1997 graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and already recognized as a "Five Star" physician as rated by HealthGrades. Dr Raja specializes in Pediatric Neurology with a patient population that includes but is not limited to Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Headaches and Huntingtons Disease.
