In addition to four well equipped examination rooms and large reception area, this site has controlled access storage areas, laboratory/refrigeration as required by each study and a well equipped space for monitoring vists including phone, photocopy, fax and high-speed internet access.

Roles for this site include:

1) Secondary Study Site/ Backup PI Site
2) Record Retention Facilities
3) Administrative Disaster Recovery Site.

Its central location can provide an alternate location for the convenience of study subjects when they are recruited outside of the PIs' patient population. This also becomes an asset in the event that a PIs' primary site is not accessible due to a facility issue.

This address is also the location of our long-term record storage facilities for all of our studies. Each of these metal structures are freestanding and access controlled
