If you are not already in our database call one of our friendly recruitment specialists and find out if you can participate in any of our currently enrolling Clinical Trials.
Once you are in our database, refer your friends by having them call 702-893-8968 and sign up with us. If they qualify and come in for their screening visit have them ask the coordinator about the contest. The coordinator will give them an entry blank. Your friend will put their name and your name on the form and that is it.
If that form is drawn you and your friend will each get a $50.00 gift certificate for Walmart.
